eLearning helpline instructional pdf

As part of my duties as an eLearning helpline administrative assistant, I often encountered the same questions being asked. The issues that the training coordinators encountered had solutions that could be carried out by the coordinators themselves. This inspired me to use Microsoft Word and SnagIt software to create an instructional PDF to demonstrate the solution to one of the most frequent issues. This not only made the eLearning helpline more efficient by reducing the number of redundant inquiries, but it also served to give autonomy back to the coordinators. I am currently in the process of gaining access to this PDF.
